Mom’s Baked Veggies

Roughly chop your choice of:


  • Butternut Squash

  • Potatos

  • Sweet Potatos

  • Summer Squash

  • Carrots

  • Asparagus

  • Onion (Sweet or Purple)

  • Brussels Sprouts

  • Mushrooms (leave whole)

  • other firm veggie


Toss with melted butter, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet @ 350. Bake squash/potatoes/carrots 30min then add other veggies and bake for another 30min until everything is tender.
