Sugar Cookies

Icing:


Melt 1 Stick of butter.


Whisk in 2C powdered sugar (can adjust to make icing thinner for dipping & piping or thicker for icing with a knife).


Whisk butter and powdered sugar until smooth and shiny - it can take awhile!


Add Vanilla or other flavor (Almond/Lemon/Coconut etc.)


Add food coloring
